Weight loss as of last Friday: -4 lbs.
I don’t even know how I managed to pull that off. I was actually surprised to see that especially because I haven’t been back to Zumba for about two weeks now.
I mentioned a few posts back that from now on, I will begin doing my weigh-ins on Fridays to make sure I don’t overdo it during the weekends.
As of April 24th, I am currently at -12 lbs since I started trying to make an effort to lose weight again. Hopefully, by July 15th, I would have lost a total of 20 lbs. That was my original goal. My stretch goal was to have lost 30 lbs, which I knew would have been a bit harder but hey, you never know. I just hope I don’t plateau again or gain a few pounds back like I did a couple weeks ago.
Gotta do this nice and slow. Most importantly, I have to make sure I am doing this the right and healthy way.
