All right, I’m going to try this daily intake thing. I used to calorie count, but that was when I was sticking to around 1200 calories a day, with exercise, and I got nowhere. I’ll fill in the rest later. But I do have a question about bran flakes: I used to eat this every morning thinking the fibre is good for me, but I always ended up feeling hungry about an hour after having a bowl. Why is this?
