i’ve only been “strict” on this for a couple days, but I’m not craving sugars at all anymore because I’ve cut it out so much (besides fruit and fiber one bars) but I’m not craving bad sugars.
Plus… the good news!!! I weighed myself this morning to find that I was 146.4 pounds! granted it was at 6:00 am after I had went to the bathroom and hadn’t eaten anything for 10 hours. but it counts!!!! now I’m gonna wait another week until I weigh myself to see if I have amazing results ;)
