I have this really terrible habit of feeling up my fat rolls on my stomach when I sit down, as if I feel the need to check that they are still there.
Yes. They are still there. Now stop weirding out the person who is suddenly standing in front of your desk at the reception and just focus on the fact that one day, there will be no rolls to feel.
I love cheeseburgers but am trying to not eat cheese for a while, but putting like 1/2 tsp of low-fat or fat free Ranch dressing on your hamburger is awesome.
Jazz up salads with fruit. Strawberries, apple slices, grapes and orange segments with lettuce, sliced carrots or whatever-mix and match. Also nuts- sliced almonds with mandarin segments, raspberries and baby spinach :D
