So I’ve been eating healthy and working out. Partly because it assist in alleviating with the constant back pain and anxiety but mostly because I despise my body. Problem: I’M ALWAYS HUNGRY! I’ve been eating a lot of protein because I’m usually protein deficient and anemic and I don’t think completely cutting dairy, red meat, pork and watching my fat intake helps. I’ve been making sure I eat well. I eat 3 times a day with snacks in between and drink lots of tea and water. Idk what to do anymore. I’m afraid if I take hunger suppressants I won’t eat well and my blood sugar will be low again causing me to be dizzy often and pass out from time to time. Meh…
