My biggest dieting pitfall… whiskey. I do love to drink, a little too much. I could hypothetically budget it into my daily calorie allowance, but once I’m already a hungry bitch and then have a few, it’s inevitable to become downright ravenous and eat everything in sight. It’s not really a pleasurable experience and I always wonder what I was thinking. So for now… hiding my whiskey is the only away.
