So…. today I learned that pasta, even whole wheat pasta, is loaded with calories. Anyway, I had physical therapy today so I was doing a lot of light exercise like the stationary bike, squats with bouncy balls, resistance band leg lifts, stair steps, etc. so I gave myself and extra ~100 calories for that.
Afterwards, I hung out around the house and then went to the mall and got vegetable lo mein and bourbon chicken at the food-court for dinner! My friend helped me eat it because I was like “the more of it you eat, the less of it I eat.” It is kinda bad for you but it tastes so good!! As long as I come in under my calorie count, I am happy!
