So far so good.

It’s just the beginning, I know this, but already today has made me feel so in control and so accomplished. 

I ate breakfast which I usually skip which meant I was full up for ages! (An egg omelette with 2 eggs and a load of spinach) then I went to the park and had a good work out on the machines there, starting off tentatively because my body isn’t used to it I’m so fat my joints would hurt so bad if I went overboard, so I just did 20 mins, half of which was lifting over 85kg, the rest was cardio. I ache now, especially my back since I’m used to sitting down ALL day. But I burned 120cals.

Then for lunch I had a Sports recovery Shake with whey protein since I want to build muscle as well as lose weight, I don’t want to be all jiggly from losing too fast! And one mixed seed whole meal roll, buttered with olive spread with lean chicken breast in wholemeal mustard dressing. I feel SO full and I usually want to eat more and more. It’s so nice to eat so little and feel so full. I need to work harder on my stomach so I can’t eat huge portions if it aches from working out~ Just downed a bottle of evian water as well.
