My Morning Workout

30 minutes of moderate intensity cardio. I woke up from my nap yesterday feeling VERY, VERY sore in my legs and feeling really bloated and gross from a starchy dinner. Took it easier than usual this morning, but still burned plenty of calories.

Hey, I was wondering what all you ladies listen to while working out, if anything? The Rolling Stones got me through it this morning!
