So today I actually looked in the mirror and felt like I looked slimmer. This is pretty unusual for me.
I now weigh 6 or 7 lb less than when I started this diet 3 weeks ago and I still have around 9lb to go before I reach my goal, but looking in the mirror this morning and feeling slimmer was really good.
I think I can actually do this. I think I can reach the goal weight … I haven’t been that light for a long time!
