6/11/11 food

So, today I ate:

Breakfast

bowl of cream of wheat

half of hamburger (for protein, I burned my eggs >.<)

Lunch:

can of Chunky Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle soup (2 servings)

cup of green tea

Snack

two handfuls of cashews

half a brownie

Dinner:

green beans

serving of macaroni and cheese

chicken leg

Water intake: ~5 glasses

So, I’m noticing I did not get enough water, fruits or vegetables; the fruits and vegetables can be fixed, cuz my mom hasn’t gone grocery shopping yet, but I have no excuse for not drinking enough water. Not the best food intake, but not the worst.

I’ll go to the gym tomorrow because 1) it’s closed (7pm, really?) and 2) I’m super sore from my workout yesterday, and the day off might be good.
