I’m ashamed to say that last night, I overate my calorie limit after posting :/ But it’s not the end of the world - one screw up just isn’t a big deal. My limbs are all very sore from my various work outs yesterday, and I love the feeling! Today, I’m going to get a day-pass at the YMCA after dad gets home and work out like a beast. I may take my computer with me. If not, I’m def gonna try and find a way to put Biggest Loser episodes on my iPod so I can watch it while working out. That show is so inspiring! I can’t believe I only just now found it, but I’m really happy I did. I feel great working out while they’re working out. :]
My aim today is to burn at least 600 calories at the gym, although more is always better. I want to burn burn burn! I’m also going to try and eat a few less calories today to compensate for yesterday’s little mishap. I’m thinking Lean Cuisine meals and waffles for breakfast, stuff like that. I really want to feel great about today, and I know that as long as I don’t let my stomach get the best of me, I can totally do that.
