Update!

Hello!

Quick little update, I finally got myself a facebook page and I would very much appreciate it if you head on over there and give it a "THUMBS UP" and see the stuff  there.


I have basically launched it so that it would be easier to see the things that I have at the The Classy & Fabulous Shop and also I will slowly be putting up quite a large variety of shoes,bags and clothing along with the jewellery.

In other news, I have religiously been watching the New York Fashion Week through a LIVE STREAM which is quite alot of fun. It shows you some minutes before and after the show aswell.
Its the next best thing to ACTUALLY being there and soaking in the atmosphere. 


When I think about NYFW, the thing that gets me the MOST excited is the street fashion and the people there, THEN the collections :)

I`d Totally Wear That..!

Extremely late post..ANWYAY..these are some of my picks from the Couture Week, That I Would TOTALLY wear. (Well they have to first GIVE them to me, but that just a small problem)


Although some dictionary in India translates COUTURE to BRIDAL , and there is CLEARLY a bridal overdose in this post-however there are some nice gowns which are quite refreshing.


There is also a ANARKALI overdose-poor Aishwariya is pregnant otherwise I bet she wouldn't have missed ANARKALI week in Delhi for anything else, As she is the unofficial brand ambassador for ANARKALIS.
Although instead of pairing  Anarkalis with the typical churidar-they were worn over Palazzo Pants and also voluminous lehengas.

I know its pretty early in the post BUT this has got to be my FAVOURITE piece from the entire week. Its not AT ALL bridal and I love how the fabric falls. Also in love with the back!

Love the dark colour for a Shaadi. Very different from the usual stuff you might see at weddings.
With the dull bronze work, its very muted but also elaborate.

Although a strange colour combination for a lehenga-Grey and Pink, it looks great.

New York Fashion Week

The New York Fall Ready To Wear Fashion Week (wow that was a mouthful , erm handful to write)  just concluded.  I had tweeted about how I wish I was in NYC right now. I don`t even want to be in the tents seeing the shows. Just want to feel the energy in the city of fashion week.

Anyway, clearly that did not happen. So the next best thing for me to do was go put together a post of my favourite looks, make up and front row pictures.

Favourite Looks

The very pregnant A list stylist (also my dream job boss) had a presentation. And I Adore each of her pieces.

 Love the colour block dress by Costello Tagliapietra. My humble request to young bollywood to experiment with these kinds of pieces!!

FIERCE!

OMG after seeing this collection I had dreams about it. Its got everything I love. Lace and subtle sequins! And the make up is so chic. I absolutely loved this collection.

HAIR AND MAKE UP
