Complex Magazine just announced its 25 Hottest Girls of 2010 list, and guess who made the cut!? It's none other than The Hills' very own Kristin Cavallari coming in at #17. Read on to see what Complex had to say about her.

Why we've loved her in 2010: While Lauren Conrad was America's sweetheart, Kristin Cavs' take-no-shit attitude on the past two seasons of The Hills was fun to watch. Even after this hottie is off MTV, we'll always have her to look back on.
