Whitney Port Makes Her Acting Debut
Whitney Port has transformed from reality star to fashion designer and now she's heading to the big screen!
Whitney will be making a cameo in the upcoming comedy "What To Expect When You're Expecting" which will be released on May 11, 2012.
A source told Us Weekly, "She is playing herself. She will be in one scene with one line. Dwayne Wade is also in that scene playing himself."
The A-list cast includes Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Matthew Morrison, Brooklyn Decker, Elizabeth Banks, Dennis Quaid, Chace Crawford, Joe Manganiello, Anna Kendrick, Chris Rock, Cheryl Cole and Rodrigo Santoro.

Lauren Conrad Kills Hopes Of A "Hills" Movie
"The Hills was great for me, but I decided to leave it, so that's something that's behind me," Lauren Conrad told Life & Style about a rumored Hills movie. "It's not for me."
Even though the movie is just a myth as of now, Audrina Patridge has said it may happen and Whitney Port says she'd be for it.
Lauren went on to say, "I heard about that years ago, and then I read about that somewhere again recently. I was like, 'What Hills movie?' No one has asked me to be in a Hills movie and I don't really know much about it."

Whitney Port Says 'Why Not?' To A "Hills" Movie
Good news! Two members of The Hills are already on board to make a follow-up movie -- Audrina Patridge and Whitney Port. Now, we just need the others, and for there to be an actual Hills movie.
"Yeah, I think so, why not?" Whitney told PEOPLE when asked whether she'd be willing to reprise her role. "I think it would be cool. It would be cool!"
She predicts the Hills movie would feature the changes in each of their lives since the series wrapped last year after it's sixth season.
"I don't know that there's anything actually happening," she says, admitting she was surprised by Audrina's revelations about the project. "I didn't know what she was talking about."
"I know that [DiVello] once mentioned that that would be a goal of his" to make a movie version, Whitney continued to say. "I haven’t heard anything, but I know that it’s something our producer wanted to do."

Just over a year after they began dating, Whitney Port and boyfriend Ben Nemtin have parted ways. “I don’t have a boyfriend," she said earlier today.
“It’s definitely different, but I’m enjoying my time focusing on work and keeping busy."
Their last appearance together was on May 4th at the NYLON Magazine May Young Hollywood Celebration.

Whitney Eve Spring 2012 -- Watercolor Florals
Thread NY caught up with The City alum Whitney Port at Coca-Cola's 125th birthday event and the launch of its commemorative book with Assouline. She talked about the progress of her fashion line, Whitney Eve, and revealed her summer must-haves. Tell us what’s new with your fashion line Whitney Eve?
I’m working on my spring collection right now, Spring 2012, and just gearing that up for fashion week. I think the collection has grown a lot and I can’t wait to show it.
Any hints on what it’s going to look like?
There are a lot of florals in the collection, watercolor florals.
What’s the most challenging part of being a designer?
I don’t have any formal technical training in fashion. I just kind of went into it blind. I’m just trying to learn through the process. It’s definitely not easy, but I am proud to say that I think I have grown a lot as a designer since I started.
What's on your summer must-haves list?
A good bathing suit. Scarves, you can wear them with anything. A pair of fun sandals. I am loving Missoni Havaianas right now. I have every pair.
What summer trends are you loving right now?
I am always just into cut-off jean shorts and a white tee-shirt. You really can’t go wrong with that.
