"I’ve always led a very active lifestyle and enjoy eating healthy and staying fit. I’m naturally slim--it runs in the family."
“I should have died a million times,” Stephanie told OK! at the launch of the Charlotte Russe fall collection in NYC.
“I was just partying, trying to fulfill this emptiness that I had for no reason,” she admitted.
“[In the reports], it says that I’m on The Hills and I’m throwing up. But what the hell am I doing? I’m living a dream life right now, you know,” she explained. “I got myself out of it, I got help.”
And speaking of transformations, Stephanie says her big bro Spencer Pratt is a new man since his marriage to Heidi Montag.
“Since the wedding, he’s happier and nicer than anyone. He just took my mom and dad out to dinner the other night. He’s been a great guy right now,” she told OK!.
“He’s just completely different. They’re in bed at 9:00 reading!”

The reality-TV star showed off her thin figure with a short, one-shoulder blue dress and some uber high heels, while readily smiling for the awaiting paparazzi.
In recent news, the body conscience babe has openly blamed the “skinny girls” on “The Hills” for her bulimic eating disorder.
She recalls, “I was horrified. I remember saying, ‘I can’t believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren.”
The sister to drama-chasing Spencer Pratt also mentioned that Audrina did not help her cause either, but she did add that the producers of the show never put pressure on her to lose weight.

The Hills' Stephanie Pratt is opening up for the first time about hating her body and her terrifying, secret struggle with bulimia. Or so she claims.
Putting on the bikini for the cover of Us Weekly was tough, says the sister of Spencer Pratt, who says that she has been so embarrassed by her body that she hadn't worn a two-piece suit in front of anyone in "over a year."
"I'm proud of myself," says the size 0-2 Pratt of her celebrity magazine cover shoot. "I was super nervous going in, but I'm happy I did it." That fat paycheck does feel good, doesn't it?
In the video below, which shows Stephanie Pratt in a bikini, she whines about bloggers calling her the fat girl on The Hills (not true), people hating her just because she's related to Spencer (not true) and lots of other crap.

“The Hills did not make me bulimic,” Stephanie insisted to MTV earlier today. "It was my own issues with self-esteem, and if anything, my life on The Hills has only helped me get healthy, ’cause I know how lucky I am to have this job and to have the chance to be a role model. And if it weren’t for [the show], I don’t know how long I would have had those dark stages in my life.”
So what’s the hardest lesson Stephanie’s learned from this trying ordeal? You’re only as healthy as your secrets.
“I’m the latest cast member to come on the show, and I look up to all of them, and I’m definitely not going to be like, ‘Oh, Lauren, you’re so great, but I’m a disaster,’” she told MTV news of her struggle to fit in. “And so I kept it a secret, and that’s when it’s bad. The more I can stress about being honest, [the better].”
