Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively's dazzling European courtship continues apace! On Thursday afternoon, the hot new twosome turned up on a water taxi on a canal in the ultra-romantic, ancient city of Venice, Italy.

It's just the latest posh stop on the continent for the Oscar-nominated actor, 36, and the Gossip Girl star, 24, who've been hop-scotching Europe's most luxurious locales since mid-May, as reported in the new Us Weekly, out now.

Just weeks after his split with on-and-off model girlfriend Bar Rafaeli, DiCaprio began wooing Lively with massive, flamboyant style: a helicopter ride to Saint-Paul de Vence, France for lunch at La Colombe d'Or Restaurant for a $500 lunch (the Titanic hunk left a $500 tip!), sexy stays at a $5,000-a-night suite at Hotel de Paris, a Belle Epoque palace in Monte Carlo, and a bash aboard a $52 million yacht, to name a few outings.

"I've never seen him like this with a girl," one source says of ladies' man DiCaprio.

As for Lively? She's crushed on DiCaprio since Titanic was in theaters -- when she was 10! "Being charmed by him isn't the worst thing in the world!" one confidante tells Us.

Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio left the same hotel -- separately!

On Friday, red-headed Lively, 23, was seen leaving the Saint-Paul de Vence wearing a flowing white dress. DiCaprio, 36, was also spotted leaving the same hotel in Saint-Paul, France, wearing a baseball cap and blue polo shirt.

Earlier this month, sources confirmed to Us Weekly that DiCaprio and supermodel Bar Rafaeli, 25, ended their five year relationship. Lively ended things with Penn Badgley, her beau of three years and Gossip Girl costar, in September 2010.

Lively and DiCaprio were caught hugging on a yacht during the Cannes Film Festival. "Blake gave leo a long, lingering hug," a witness told Us. "They had their hands on each other's backs and were grinning ear to ear."

The duo was spotted yet again last Sunday in Portofino, Italy. "When they stopped to look at something, Blake would lean in to him," said a source. "He was smiling."

"Blake is definitely being wooded," an insider added. "This could be the beginning of something."

So are things really over for the Oscar nominated actor and Rafaeli? "They do this every two years," a source pointed out to Us. "They could be back together next week."

Showing to support her man, Khloe Kardashian was spotted at the L.A. Lakers game on Tuesday night (December 21).

Joined by her mother Kris, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” gal stood courtside and watched intently as her hubby Lamar Odom and the Lakers lost to the Milwaukee Bucks 98-79.

During the game Khloe wrote on her Twitter, “I can tell my hubby isn't feeling well :( let's go Lakers!!!!!! I hate flu season.”

Also in attendance was uber Lakers fan, Leonardo DiCaprio, who kept a low profile as he watched his team get defeated while joined by guy pals Lukas Haas and Kevin Connolly.

But Lively, 23, and DiCaprio, 35, weren't alone. "It was an 8 person dinner," the insider explains, adding that director Baz Luhrmann was in attendance.

And the meal was strictly business: DiCaprio has been cast as Jay Gatsby in Luhrman's adaptation of The Great Gatsby, F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic book -- and Lively is being strongly considered for the role of Gatsby's love, Daisy Buchanan.

The director's "whole crew was there," the source says, adding that DiCaprio and Lively "didn't leave together."

Lively would have to fight off strong competition to win the role of Daisy. Scarlett Johanson, Natalie Portman, Keira Knightley and Michelle Williams are also contenders, according to Deadline.
