Drew Barrymore wore her Catherine Malandrino gown with a studded belt for a Going the Distance premiere, while Kim Kardashian shortened hers and added a bold necklace at the People's Choice Awards.
She's done it again! Drew has sold out the local stores of Covergirl's newest mascara, Lashblast Fusion. Drew Barrymore is probably one of the BEST picks to have advertising for them.
After seeing her new commercial, I was sure to go buy the new product. But sadly, it was sold out! I mean, way to go Drew! But Covergirl......please restock soon. Here is the new ad:
Also, I have to add, that if you are looking for another new mascara to try, Covergirl's Lashblast Length Mascara (the yellow one) is by far the best I have ever used. Try it out & let me know what you think!

A very important fashion icon has passed on. Alexander McQueen has been reported to have taken his own life shortly after his mother passed away. The fashion world has lost a very creative & outgoing designer. Check this video I found on CNN.com:
Fashion-junkies will remember his new shoe that debuted for the Spring 2010 line (also seen in Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance' video):
Here are see some celebrities wearing his designs:
This is just a quick blog post to give congrats to Drew Barrymore for winning her first Golden Globe award last night. I have been a HUGE fan of hers since a very young age and I have been cheering her on for years. She had been nominated for this award twice before. Once, for her role in 1984's Irreconcilable Differences and again for 1992's Guncrazy. Her win for her work in Grey Gardens is more than well deserved. Her acting skills were at an all-time high in that film. It was such a far step away from the romantic-comedies that she has been doing lately. During her unrehearsed speech last night, Drew did regret leaving some people out of her "thank yous"...but in the press room afterwards she did try to make up for that (you can view that below).
Here is the trailer for Grey Gardens. It's totally worth checking out. Very interesting...
You can also check out one of the previous posts I did about Drew's directorial debut with the film, Whip IT! by clicking HERE.
This year for my birthday, I was very lucky to receive a ticket to the movie WHIP IT! from one of my best friends. Since I was young, I have always rushed to the theater to see Drew Barrymore's movies. I would def consider myself to be a very loyal fan and was so excited to see Drew's directorial debut. One of the best things about WHIP IT! is that is is FUN! It is such a release to watch it and I felt uplifted as I left the theater.
Unlike most people, I was not actually a huge fan of Ellen Page after seeing the movie Juno. However, I totally loved her character in this movie. I also loved that I could not tell that is was Drew's first time directing. The camera work was great, the underwater scene was nicely done, && the message of "finding your own tribe" and "being your own hero" was well displayed.
I liked the in-your-face lettering at the beginning of the movie (( it kind of reminded me of OMFG's blog )) and I also really dig the soundtrack to the movie.
There's a lot of faces you will recognize in this movie as well: Jimmy Fallon, Kristen Wiig, & Juliette Lewis to name a few. So check it out sometime. ~S You can see more clips @ Whip It!'s IMDB page & check out DrewBarrymoreOnline for more info. on Drew Barrymore.
It has been confirmed that writer, Kevin Williamson, is putting together his screen play for Scream 4. BUT, not only is he putting together Scream 4, he is also creating a second thrill-ogy. That's right, he is writing Scream 4, 5, & 6. As of now, the only two stars that are set to return to their roles are Courteney Cox & David Arquette (who will be coming back as Gale Weathers & Dewey.) Wes Craven has yet to confirm that he will be directing and has stated that he is waiting to read the screen plays first. He appears to want to make sure that the scripts are up to quality of Scream 1.
I still remember the opening night, in 1996, of the first Scream film. Oh what fuN!
So, go ahead and leave your comments below. I wanna know who you would like to see cast in the new Scream Thrill-ogies??? I say, Drew Barrymore should come back from the dead.......ahh!!! ~S
