Nyx In Delhi? Maybe?

I was reading this months Marie Claire (with Hrithik Roshan on the cover) and saw this after the Natalie Portman interview.

But there is NOTHING written on it. No details.
 They are available in Mumbai but idunno what the aim of this ad was. Anyone know?
