According to the Presidential spokesman, the two dignitaries had an exchange of views on the law and order situation in Karachi and steps being taken to restore peace there.
The Governor apprised the President about the current situation of the city and the measures being adopted to bring normalcy to the metropolis.
The President directed the Governor to initiate action against the miscreants regardless of any political affiliation.
