First Heidi Montag comes under-fire for having a ridiculous 10 plastic surgeries done in ONE day so she can look like a real-life Barbie and now she's topped a very embarrassing poll.

The reality star and her husband have been named the least influential people in the world, thanks to Time magazine.

Talking about the couple, the mag said: "You used to be famous for being famous.

"Then you were famous for getting lots of plastic surgery and selling only 658 copies of your album in its first week.

"Now you’re not famous. That was fast."

Wednesday April 28 2010.The "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge and her hi-rise hair boyfriend Ryan Cabrera dine out at Katsuya sushi restaurant in West Hollywood. 

Ryan shuffled along straight-faced alongside his girlfriend with his head down and his hands in his pockets.

Audrina Patridge Felt Pressured Into Surgery

Good girl Audrina Patridge has at least one thing in common with estranged Hills costar Heidi Montag: plastic surgery.

Although the 25-year-old has publicly denied it, a pal confirms to Us Weekly that Patridge went under the knife -- and it was just the confidence boost that she needed.

The aspiring actress "feels she has to be perfect to continue her career in TV and film," the pal continues. (After The Hills wraps later this year, Patridge hopes to launch her own reality TV show with producer Mark Burnett).

Now, with noticeably larger breasts, "She think she has a banging body," a friend says. Adds another: "she's confident in her looks. I don't think she'll get more surgery."
