As we all know Demi Lovato, the Disney star went through a dark period in her life as she was headed to rehab. Weeks later she opens up to her fans and supporters about her breakdown. She explains "I wanted freedom from the inner demons. I wanted to start my life over." She says "If you are going through that dark period, go to your family and closest friends," she reportedly said. "Don't put yourself in danger.
