Always hard at work at their many business endeavors, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian were spotted leaving Kim's house in Beverly Hills, CA on Tuesday (March 1).
With both ladies looking darling, the E! reality duo had just finished working on their TV show as they proceeded to head off to a business meeting with Kim nearly taking a tumble while walking down the stairs in her high heels.
